Itinerary
Day 1: Dublin - Killarney
Leave behind the big city action and cruise towards the celtic paradise of the Kingdom of Kerry. En route we'll stop off at Cork, European capital of culture 2005, here youll visit the world famous Blarney Castle and climb to the towering battlements to kiss the Blarney stone! Now youve got the gift of the gab for 7 years and done your souvenir shopping, we'll take the short drive to the Jewel in Irelands crown - Killarney. We'll take you over to Torc Waterfall and still give you plenty of time and opportunity to stroll through the National park, or take a jaunting car down to the lakes or Ross Castle. Great nightlife year round with Irish music, dancing and singing guaranteed!
Day 2: Killarney - Dingle Peninsula
Onwards to the majestic beauty that is The Dingle Peninsula. Amazing scenery, Far & Away was filmed here (Tom Cruise & Nicole Kidman 1992).Only 1 hour drive from Killarney, the Gaelic speaking peninsula is filled with astonishing archaeoligical treasures. We'll take a full tour out around Slea Head. Free time in the fishing village of Dingle and maybe if not too cold swim with Fungi the Dolphin the spectacular Harbour. Tonight we'll stay in Annascaul, a quaint little village 10 minutes from Dingle. Stay in a charming B&B run by a local family, pay a visit to the cosy Randy Leprechaun pub/hostel, giving you the chance to really connect with the locals. You can hike, walk the romantic beach at Inch Strand, sit by the turf fire with a hot whiskey, or sing the night away with the gregarious locals
Day 3: Dingle peninsula - Dublin
Sadly we must bid farwell to Annascaul, the gang at the Randy Leprechaun and the most beautiful place in all Ireland - the Dingle Peninsula..... We'll drive up through Tralee and into Limerick city, a must for any fans of 'Angles Ashes'. We'll stop for lunch in Irelands pleasant midland farmlands, the Golden Vale of Tipperary. Visiting the phoenix park for a group photo before we say our goodbyes in Dublins fair city......
